With this particular tool you can make a diagram to see how much effort is going to go into the execution of a given task. So this tool allows you to see just how easily a task may be accomplished. If it can be done in a short time, the time saved can be itself seen as a kind of reward for a job well done.
So don’t ever undervalue the prioritization involved in time management. This is due to the fact that no one can do everything in a single day. Thus, some things must be done now, while others may have to be put off.
